Hot Yoga
Signature Lava Warm Flow
Experience our signature Lava Warm Flow class (Summits Flow), where basic yoga postures transform into an energetic, continuous sequence. This fun and flowing class is held in a room warmed to 98–100 degrees (plus humidity), promoting deeper muscle stretching and injury prevention. All levels are welcome!

Class Details:
This class is a fun and energetic Hatha and Vinyasa-style flow where you practice both standing balancing and floor postures and vinyasa that are linked together. This class is an hour-long, generally instructed the same to allow practitioners to find their moving meditation. The room is warmed to 98–100 degrees (plus humidity). All levels are welcome.
Lava Signature Hot Flow (Extended)
Push your limits in our Lava Signature Hot Flow (Extended) class, an invigorating 75-minute session that builds upon our signature sequence. Held in a room heated to 100–105 degrees with humidity, this class offers more time to explore postures and deepen your moving meditation. All levels are welcome, though some familiarity with hot yoga is recommended.

This 75-minute class follows an expanded Hatha and Vinyasa-style flow, incorporating a more comprehensive standing and floor series linked with breath-synchronized movement. The increased duration and heat (100–105 degrees) allow for a deeper, more athletic practice. All levels are welcome.
Hatha Flow
Find your flow and focus in our Hatha Vinyasa Blend class, a dynamic 60-minute session designed for all levels. Held in a comfortably hot room (95 degrees plus humidity), this practice integrates the deep stability and posture holding of Hatha yoga with the fluid, breath-synchronized movements (Vinyasa) to build heat, endurance, strength and focus.

Class Details:
This class follows a structure that includes opening warmup exercises, standing Hatha practice focusing on balance and strength, followed by a Vinysas practice designed to integrate the body, breath and mind. Class concludes with a floor sequence focused on core stability and overall flexibility and ends with a final breathing exercise and deep relaxation.
Kula
Kula, the Sanskrit word for family, defines this unique one-hour session. This class moves you through the Lava Hot Flow Extended series with minimal verbal instruction (cued by naming poses only). Held in a room warmed to 95 degrees with humidity and invigorating music, this practice encourages self-guidance. All levels are welcome, and experienced practitioners are invited to explore the sequence at their own pace, making the experience truly their own.

Class Details:
This is a one-hour flow session that follows the Lava Hot Flow Extended series. The class is done in a room warmed to 98–100 degrees (+ humidity). Instruction is very limited, cueing only the names of the poses, allowing movement to be your guide. This class is suitable for all levels.
26 and Two
Experience our classic 26 & 2 hot yoga class, suitable for all fitness and experience levels. This challenging, 90-minute session is held in a studio heated to over 100°F with humidity.

Regular practice enhances flexibility, balance, strength, endurance, and focus.
The Structure:
The session follows a precise, 90-minute structure:
Warm-up/Breathing: Two breathing exercises prepare the body and mind.
The 26 Postures: A sequence of 26 asanas systematically works the entire body.
Repetition & Rest: Each posture is performed twice, with short moments of stillness between the postures for integration and heat management.
Community Class
Join our signature Lava Flow class at a specially reduced community rate! This is a fun and energetic Vinyasa-style flow class where basic yoga postures are linked together in a continuous sequence. Designed to be accessible to everyone, this affordable session ensures financial considerations don’t stand in the way of your yoga journey and becoming a part of the Lava Community. All levels are welcome!

Sculpt
A fun and challenging, full-body yoga sculpt class in a room warmed to 90–95 degrees. A mix of power and flow, where we will move you through a combination of yoga postures while adding in weight sequences and cardio to get your heart rate up and metabolism moving.

This full-body yoga sculpt class is a mix of power and flow. We move through a combination of yoga postures, integrating weight sequences and cardio to raise your heart rate and boost metabolism. Small weights are available in the studio, or you may bring your own. Using weights is optional, as many clients choose to practice without them. All levels are welcome.
Lavalates
Lavalates is a low‑impact yet powerful blend of Pilates precision and yoga’s fluid, mindful movement. This full‑body practice builds core strength, flexibility and enhances mobility while cultivating a deep mind‑body awareness through controlled movements and breathwork.

Stretch & Sound
Experience “Stretch and Sound,” a Vinyasa yoga session in a gently heated setting, suitable for all levels. This class blends slow, gentle flows with deep stretches, concluding with an extended Savasana and restorative crystal sound bowl bath.

Hatha Foundations
Discover balance, strength, and deep stability in our Hatha Yoga Foundations class, a 60-minute session designed for all levels. Held in a comfortably warm room, this class focuses on alternating physical postures (asanas) with relaxation, allowing you to build functional strength, mobility and balance. This class will emphasize the purpose of the postures while focusing on foundational and therapeutic practices accessible to all practitioners.

- Alternating effort and relaxation which is highly beneficial for balancing the nervous system.
- Improving functional range of motion, balance and strength- including the spine.

This class follows a structure that includes an opening breathing exercise, standing postures to build strength and balance as well as a floor series focused on building core stability and improving flexibility. It concludes with a simple but useful breathing practice and rest.
